You can use the website e-Tax Office (Your e-PIT). For the PIT-28, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-38, PIT-39, forms, after completing the data, the amount of the requested 1.5% tax will be calculated automatically.
In such a case, in the "APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF 1.5% OF TAX DUE TO A PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATION (OPP)", simply enter our number

1.5% - PIT settlement dates in 2024
You do not pay the 1.5% tax amount yourself to the bank account of the Przystanek Rodzin Foundation. Based on your tax return, the Head of the Tax Office will transfer the money to the organization's account, provided that you submit your return within the statutory deadline by:

January 20, 2024 - settling on a lump sum basis using the PIT-28 form,

April 30, 2024 - other taxpayers, forms PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-38, PIT-39
and you will pay the tax due according to the annual return on time.
Donate 1.5% of your tax for a specific goal - Give Holidays to Children
In 2017, we started a cooperation with the Art Of Living Foundation, which runs summer camps for children in the Taraska Health Promotion Center. As a result of our cooperation, from 2017 you can donate 1.5% of your tax for the specific purpose of co-financing summer camps for children.
It is as simple as calculating PIT for 2023 in the section "APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF 1.5% OF TAX DUE TO A PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATION (OPP)" you enter KRS 0000495960, and in the PIT "DETAILED INFORMATION" field, you will enter "HOLIDAYS FOR CHILDREN".

Our goal is to obtain funds to be able to:

provide children with at least 400 hours of psychological and psychiatric consultations

conduct individual therapies for 400 children

carry out specialist diagnoses for 400 children

provide psychological care and supervision to 100 foster parents
